We use your information to respond to your enquiry, provide quotes, arrange and carry out work, and keep in touch about jobs you have booked. Our lawful basis for this is that the processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and to perform that contract once work is booked.
We may also keep records of completed work, including before and after photos of the surfaces we have cleaned, for our own business records and to comply with legal obligations such as tax record keeping. Our lawful basis for this is legitimate interests and legal obligation.
We will not use your information for marketing unless you have agreed to it, and we do not sell or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
Photos of our work
We photograph and film the surfaces we clean before and after each job. These images show driveways, patios and gutters only. If we would like to use images from your property on this website or elsewhere, we will ask you first.

Your information is only shared with service providers we use to run the business, such as our website hosting provider and the platform that processes our enquiry forms. These providers process your information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
We do not transfer your information outside the UK except where a provider stores data elsewhere with appropriate safeguards in place.
How long we keep your information
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. Records relating to completed work are kept for up to 6 years in line with tax and legal record keeping requirements.
